Commitment to Your Appointment
At Siren Skin Aesthetics, we reserve a block of time exclusively for your elevated experience.
We understand that your time is valuable, and we trust you hold a mutual respect for the
commitment we make to you. To secure your booking, a credit card must be on file for all
appointments. This is required to reserve your time and enforce our cancellation policy.
Scheduling Adjustments and Commitment
We understand that sometimes life happens, and you may need to reschedule an appointment.
Our goal is to provide timely care to all of our patients, and last-minute cancellations or missed
appointments make it difficult for us to offer that appointment slot to someone else who needs
it.
Any adjustment, cancellation, or reschedule made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled
treatment time will result in a fee of $150. This allows us to respectfully manage the dedicated
time reserved for your care.
Late Arrivals
We understand that traffic, unexpected delays, and other challenges can occur. However, to
ensure we can provide every patient with the focused, quality care they deserve, and to keep
our schedule running smoothly, we must adhere to a strict time policy. Arriving more than 10
minutes late may result in rescheduling your appointment and will be considered a late
cancellation. Please plan accordingly and arrive on time so we can provide the high level of
care and attention you deserve.
No Call/No Show
We value your time and the time of our practitioner. When an appointment is missed without
notice, it means another patient who needed care could not be seen. Failure to arrive for a
scheduled appointment without notifying us will result in a charge equal to 100% of the
scheduled treatment fee.
Please Note: Social media messages are not accepted forms of communication for
cancellations or scheduling changes. All appointment modifications must be made via your
client portal in JaneApp, e-mail, or by calling/texting the office directly at (206) 569-8744.
Opting Out
We allocate precise time for each service to maximize the efficacy of your treatment plan. If a
service is booked, but you choose to opt out on the day of your visit, we will treat this as a late
adjustment to your appointment and an unused service fee of $150 will be applied. We
appreciate you only booking the treatments you intend to receive.
Illness or Injury
We understand that sudden illness is unavoidable. This policy is designed to encourage you to
stay home when sick without undue financial stress, while respecting our providers' time. If you
are sick, or have a medical emergency, and must cancel with less than 48 hours and do not
provide medical documentation (note, or receipt) within 7 days, the standard Late
Cancellation Fee will be charged to the card on file.
Right to Refuse Service
If a client arrives for their appointment displaying obvious signs of illness or with an active
injury/condition that poses a medical risk or a contamination risk, our staff will immediately
end the appointment and a Late Cancellation Fee will be applied as the reserved time slot
is rendered unusable.
**If your card on file is unable to be processed, you will receive an invoice for the applicable fee
and will be unable to reschedule until the fee is paid.
Refunds
No Refunds for Services:
Once a treatment or service has been performed (e.g., injections,
laser treatment, facial), it is non-refundable. The payment is for the service provided, not for a
specific aesthetic result.
Unused product:
Due to safety regulations and product stability, any unused portions of a
product (like an opened vial of filler) are not saved for later and are not eligible for a refund or
credit. The charge is for the full syringe/vial, even if a fraction is used.
Results Are Not Guaranteed:
Results vary from person to person based on individual
factors (skin type, lifestyle, adherence to aftercare) and are never guaranteed. Dissatisfaction
with the result is explicitly stated as not a basis for a refund.
Adverse Reactions:
While a refund is typically not offered for a complication, the clinic is
committed to providing appropriate medical care to address the issue, which does not
constitute grounds for a refund.
Prepaid Services and Package
Prepaid Services & Packages are Non-Refundable and Non-Transferrable.
Retail Products
Due to health and safety regulations, we maintain an “All Sales Are Final” policy on retail
and medical-grade skincare products.
• Limited Exceptions may include: 1. Defective Products: An exchange for the same product within 1 week if it is
defective (e.g., broken pump). 2. Documented Allergic Reaction: Return within 1 week, for a credit or
exchange. This requirers a consultation with clinic ARNP.
Animals
We love our pets and animals as much as you, but to ensure a safe, hygienic, and sterile
environment for all patients, staff, and visitors: NO pets or animals of any kind are permitted
inside the clinic premises with the exception of certified Service Animals, as defined by the
Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Children
We are committed to providing a sanctuary where our clients can fully relax, focus on their
well-being, and receive highly focused clinical aesthetic treatments. To uphold this standard of
care, we do not allow children under the age of 12. We kindly request that you arrange for
childcare in advance of your appointment.
By observing our policies on advance scheduling, limited guest attendance, and health
requirements, you help us keep our small clinic running smoothly and maintain the highest
standard of clinical care.
